What the warranty covers

The manufacturer’s warranty covers manufacturing and material defects under normal use conditions. Exact terms (duration, covered parts) vary by brand and product type — they’re noted on each product page where available, and our team can answer questions before you buy.

What the warranty generally doesn’t cover

  • Normal wear of consumable parts (discs, drill bits, blades, motor brushes…)
  • Damage from misuse or use outside the instructions
  • Products modified or repaired by an unauthorized third party

How to make a warranty claim
